Europe Q4 2025 Roundup: Volunteer Cleanups, Drug-Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education
During October–December 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology community initiatives carried out multiple local activities in different European cities. The quarter’s roundup included neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-awareness distribution initiatives and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.
Organisers cited initiatives across several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by news eugene L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
